Pool can be considered an ideal place for the external interaction of water and the human body. We remind you that physical activity is extremely important for pregnant women, especially for those who prefer a sedentary lifestyle.
The ideal temperature for practical training should be about 30 -31C. Usually in the pools a lower temperature is maintained, but the woman must be careful not to catch a cold.
What will water gymnastics give during pregnancy?
Water will stimulate blood circulation, and massages performed in the pool have a special therapeutic effect. The result of water exercises for pregnant women is the stimulation of the cardiovascular system, improved blood circulation, muscles become elastic, joints are flexible. Water helps a future mom to feel full of energy and a positive attitude. Relaxation and visualization techniques are especially effective if you are immersed in water.
There are also «benefits» for the child. In water, improved blood circulation leads to improved metabolic activity. Slowing down of the mother's respiratory process is felt by the fetus in the form of changes in uterine pressure. A positive attitude caused by the aquatic environment can be considered a very good condition for stimulating the development of the child's cognitive processes.
